I certify that the database and/or information and/or technology will not be exported or re-exported, directly or indirectly:

• Into Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Ukraine or Belarus without written approval from Terex;

• To any person, organization, or company listed on an applicable sanctioned parties list without obtaining required licenses or other governmental approvals; and

• For use in connection with weapons of mass destruction, weapons delivery systems, prohibited nuclear end uses, or military end use by parties or countries subject to arms embargoes.
